The response was excellent! Foster Packaging was able to display worldwide trends in packaging to a wide range of prospective and current customers. Although the basic function of packaging is to preserve and protect the pack contents, packaging - particularly in the retail market - has become a fascinating marketing tool that is used to promote and sell products, moving them from shelf-to-trolley. |

Innovative packaging design keeps products one-step ahead by creating a practical protective pack with a visual identity that communicates the right message to its consumer.
Using inspiring creative design, and showing the latest in current and future technology it was possible to give visitors to the show something to think about before they proceed on their packaging needs.

IFE09 was a bustling multi-cultural affair bringing tens of thousands of UK and international buyers from across the globe to London. Despite the challenging trading conditions the success of the event illustrates the optimism for the future and resilience of the food and drink industry in all sectors.
This year Foster Packaging decided to exhibit at the IFE Tradeshow in London.
Hendrik and Grainne ran the show with great effect. The opportunity to show our unique brand of quality, innovative packaging and service to a new audience, was invaluable.

There was a great response to our stand and huge interest in the Flexible Express short run facility in Ireland, and as a result we have received many orders and leads from new clients.
Overall, IFE9 was a great success and we are already planning on exhibiting there again in 2011.
